My name is Maria de las Mercedes, I have dedicated the last 20 years of my life to working with adults. Much of my work has been focused on empowering individuals to reach their highest potential in life. I have provided individual psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, short term solution focused psychotherapy, family psychotherapy as well as group therapy. I am a dependable, experienced and well-rounded clinician with much expertise with adults. I am respectful of my patients wishes and will focus my energy on working with you on things that are most important to you, while at the same time providing and teaching you with the tools you need to develop strong coping mechanisms, boost your self-esteem and aid you to achieve the confidence you may need to achieve your goals.
