I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Alabama with at least 3 years of therapeutic experience. I also have a License to practice Social Work in the state of Maryland, my home town. I have experience in helping adults with relationship issues, family conflict, parenting issues, & depression. My therapeutic style allows you to take the lead on your journey of healing, with a small push by myself to help you see various options available for change to occur. I believe change is possible for everyone, as long as you are willing to go for it. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not know the shoes you walk in everyday, but I am willing to listen to you explain how it feels to be in them and not judge your actions or current circumstances. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life.
