Life is tough sometimes, in fact it can be really tough. But I also know and believe that everyone is trying their best each day to find peace. It doesn’t mean that our choices always work out, but I also don’t believe that we wake up in the morning and say, “how can I create more chaos in my life today”. I believe that psychotherapy can provide relief from the chaos of life, and change is possible. My work is based on how thoughts and emotions influence feelings and create behaviors. We work together to create change in the cycle of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that cause maladaptive behaviors. I am dedicated to help you achieve your goals by exploring emotions, examining triggers, improving relationships, and creating new tools to help you succeed. I have provided therapy with military, children, family structure, inmates and former inmates, geriatric, trauma and PTSD clients.
