Maria Cruz-Roman

I have been in the mental health profession for more than 13 years and have experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of life challenges. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, and bereavement. As a therapist, my goal is to assist my patients in increasing awareness and understanding of their unhealthy coping and behavioral patterns that are detrimental to living life to it’s fullest potential. I am available to provide services via video, phone, and text whatever modality is more comfortable for you. A majority of my availability is in the afternoons and on the weekends but I check messages at least once during each weekday. I look forward to getting the opportunity to work with you.
