Hi, I’m Martha. I have a Master’s Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have 23 years of clinical experience and am well versed in : Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and others. My approach is one of compassion and validation. It is my goal to collaborate with you to achieve your goals and move you in the direction that you seek.
