About Mary Ann Skender's service

I believe that everyone should have a safe and nonjudgmental space to work through life’s challenges. Everyone owes themselves the time and energy to learn, heal and grow to be their best selves. I have worked with a wide range of clients dealing with issues such as depression and anxiety, family and relationship issues, drug and alcohol problems, incarceration and life changes. I combine different modalities to suit the needs of the individual; including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and solution-focused therapy to help clients live the kind of life they envision for themselves. I hold a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license and a Substance Use Disorder Professional Certification (SUDP) in the state of Washington. I look forward to supporting and guiding you on your path to making positive life changes.
