As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have been afforded the opportunity to work with people providing therapy using multiple modalities to assist with various issues. I’ve learned to recognize the various things that contribute to a lack of engagement and believe in the benefits of utilizing various treatment modalities and skills that allow me to provide a safe and non-judgmental space. I am committed to making our therapeutic journey an experience that will provoke growth, improve self-esteem, increase problem-solving skills, improve future plans, and reduce overall mental health symptoms while exploring and processing feelings and emotions. My goal is to empower with therapeutic guidance, psychoeducation, coping mechanisms, and the skills required to develop the ability to cope with life challenges effectively.
