About Mary Lewis's service

I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Nevada, Nebraska and Florida with over 8 years of experience. I have had the opportunity to work with Combat Veterans from the Korean War to current Afghan/Iraq veterans dealing with PTSD, homelessness, anger management and substance abuse, children and families, young adults as well as the elderly dealing with varying issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, making decisions concerning hospice, unexpected losses and grief. These issues often interrupt our daily lives and can feel debilitating. Understanding your own boundaries, strengths, skills and coping styles is what I would work with you to learn more about and to establish a place where you’re feeling better about yourself, interactions and decisions. In therapy, I provide a cognitive behavioral, solution focus and mindfulness approach and believe it is extremely important to build rapport, trust, and an open line of communication.
