I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed to provided services in both Illinois & Missouri. I have over 13 years of clinical experience as a therapist and supervisor to other clinicians. I have worked with clients dealing with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, coping with life changes, trauma & abuse, relationship issues, and career challenges. My style is warm, supportive, informed, and respectful. I believe I have tools and knowledge that can help you. And I believe YOU are the expert on you. We will work together to build understanding and determine a way forward that is specific to the unique challenges you are facing. I use a variety of clinical approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness & Meditation. A way forward is possible. Change is possible.
