About Mary Owens's service

Hello! I’m so happy you’re here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with teens, young adults, and families. I earned my Bachelors in Music business from the University of Memphis in 2016 and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2020. I integrate therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and am level one trained in Brainspotting. My specialty areas include anxiety, self harm, body image issues, relationship issues, life transitions, and depression. I have experience working with personality disorders such as Bipolar disorder and Borderline Personality disorder. When I am not helping clients reach their goals I enjoy writing and playing music around Nashville, teaching Pure Barre, and hosting my dating podcast.
