Mary Roberts

Mary Roberts is a highly experienced and licensed counselor with over 18 years of expertise in the field. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ interests and goals in seeking counseling, and works with them to develop a personalized plan for growth and change. Mary believes in empowering her clients to become their own therapists, utilizing a cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) approach that incorporates thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to facilitate positive transformations. In addition to her specialization in CBT, Mary has also received training in cognitive processing therapy (CPT), mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma treatment. Throughout her career, Mary has successfully addressed a wide range of issues including anger management, stress, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
