I am a licensed professional counselor with 4 years of experience working with adults and many other age groups who had diagnoses of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, PTSD, or relationship issues, and parenting challenges. My counseling style is empathetic, active listening, interactive, and each person is treated as an expert of their own experiences.
