I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship & parenting issues, as well as coping with life changes. Therapy is not a one size fits all process, I use a variety of methods (including EMDR and CBT) with clients to explore their personal stories to create their desired future selves.
