I believe in the importance of maintaining mental and emotional health just as we would maintain our physical health. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience in the field. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationships, aging, health, disability and spirituality. I have experience with people who struggle with change, decision making or those who simply want to optimize the way they use their mind and relate to the external world. My approach is holistic. My therapy style is warm, open-minded and exploratory with plenty of curiosity! I believe in treating everyone with respect, truth, and compassion, and I don’t subscribe to labels, whether self-imposed or not. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and mind-thought-consciousness. I will tailor our time and treatment plan to meet your unique needs.
