Megan Ginanni

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Colorado, with a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have 4 years of experience in the therapeutic space; assisting, guiding, joining and believing in my clients to reach their goals and potential. I have lived my professional career over the last 14 years, in wonder and amazement at the true power that comes from believing in our worth as humans. With this wonder, comes a heartbeat that grows louder everyday to lead humans back to the basics of their true selves when throughout life, others have convinced and conditioned them to believe they must be more, or less, but never enough. I want to teach people what’s right with them, as they have been hearing for years all that is ‘wrong’ with them. I want to assist you in changing the language around who you are and what you’re here for. We continue to swim in a sea of dysfunctional systems of capitalism, racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, patriarchy, and misogyny, all oppressed by the same ideas and beliefs that place us in confusion. This life isn’t easy. This life is really painful at times, and we need our people to remind us of our worth in the midst of it all and that we can feel everything and still be okay. I desire fully, to assist you in coming back home to yourself, to the personhood of your body as he/she/or they have been carrying you through the chaos and pain of your life. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, centering you as the focus. I see through a psychodynamic lens and help you answer the ‘why’s’ to life that are uniquely yours to answer. I will never claim to know your answers, but I will lead you back to the only one that can formulate one- again.. which is yourself. My work isn’t super brief but I am passionate about the work we can do together. I look forward to joining you in your journey!
