Megan Russell is a licensed social worker with a specialization in Mental health and substance use. With over two years of experience in the field, Megan has worked with clients facing various challenges such as stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder, and depression. Megan believes in the power of collaboration and aims to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. She is a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who supports diversity, inclusion, and equality. Megan understands that seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and she is dedicated to supporting and empowering clients on their journey. She is available for sessions by request, accommodating flexible scheduling between 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday, and some weekend sessions. Megan strives to respond to messages within 8-12 hours of receipt, ensuring clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
