I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 23 years of professional work experience. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Trauma Informed Care and is credentialed by most major insurance providers. I have specialized training in treating mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. I am EMDR credentialed and excited to bring this technique into practice. I infuse DBT and REBT into EMDR practice. I have an active therapy style with individualized attention and constructive specialized feedback at each session. I am skilled in the treatment of individuals who are unable to resolve symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress that are negatively impacting their lives. My active therapy technique provides an environment for expressing feelings and developing effective coping skills.
