For over 30 years, my chosen career path has focused on mental and emotional wellness. I only recently closed my private practice of 25 years to focus primarily on tele-health. As a nationally board-certified and FL licensed mental health counselor, I’ve assisted individuals of all ages cope with depression and anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, as well as substance abuse. The past couple of years have put our coping skills to the ultimate test. Adjustment to grief, loss and trauma, managing stress, even the daily strains of everyday life in a pandemic have over-taxed our resources.
