Melinda Weber

Hi! My name is Mindy (Melinda). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with over 8 years of experience providing individual, family, and group counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adolescents concerns, anger management, foster care/ adoption, and ADHD. I also helped many clients who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is relaxed and interactive, with a touch of humor (when appropriate). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines strength based, client center, and goal oriented. I know it is important in counseling to start where the client is at. It is important for me to make my clients feel as though they are being heard and not talked at. This approach allows for me to individualize your counseling based upon your current needs as well as your future desires. It also allows me to identify a treatment goal that is realistic for where you are currently at. I look forward to building a relationship and moving towards a bright future together!
