I am a social worker in Arkansas. I am in my 3rd year of work as a mental health professional. I have worked with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, grief and loss, and adoption/foster care. My work environment is warm , caring, and respectful! I use cognitive behavioral therapy as a main approach but also enjoy mindfulness therapy. I look forward to working with you!
