I am licensed in Ohio with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I am trained in EMDR a speciality therapy for trauma. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)and DBT. I have worked in a variety of settings including the military community, Safety Forces, private practice, and community services.
