Melissa Spragg

Hello, my name is Melissa Spragg and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I have been providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families for 17 years. I am dedicated to developing a safe, nurturing relationship with my clients who may be experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or transitions in life. I have also worked with children and adolescents who struggle with behavioral challenges, including Conduct Disorders. My therapeutic approach is humanistic and client centered and I aim to join with my clients on their journey towards healing, empowerment, and the ever constant process of growing and evolving into the best versions of ourselves. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is a key factor in the healing process, and my approach will be tailored to the specific needs of each client. I offer each client warmth, empathy, compassion, and validation, and will work collaboratively towards the goals we develop together.
