Melody Hatter

Melody Hatter is a licensed clinical social worker in Texas and a licensed independent social worker in Iowa, with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and find solutions. With a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, Melody brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. With a background in inpatient psychiatric treatment and emergency departments, Melody has worked with adults ranging from 18 to 95 years old, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, substance abuse, grief, and suicidal ideation. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reminiscent Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Melody’s ultimate goal is to assist her clients in remaining in the community and avoiding hospitalization. With her extensive toolbox of strategies and techniques, Melody empowers her clients to build their own toolkit for personal growth and change.
