Entering into a relationship with a Licensed Mental Therapist is an important decision to make. We look for someone with the hope that we can feel better and live happier, more balanced lives. I believe that my role as a licensed mental health therapist is to assist you in reconnecting with strengths that you already possess, to help you in developing new skills and techniques that empower you and meet your goals. I have been in practice for over 16 years and have helped with individuals ranging from adults to children. As well as families and couples who are dealing with parenting issues and guiding individuals through life transitions. I have extensive experience in crisis interventions and have been part of residential treatment programs as well as part of a team treating individuals with treatment resistant depression. I have years of experience using various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
