Dr. Michael Galvin

Dr. Michael Galvin is a highly experienced psychologist with over 40 years of expertise in addressing a wide range of psychological challenges. He began his career in a mental health center before transitioning to private practice, where he has successfully assisted numerous individuals. Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Galvin has also served as a professor and trainer in three universities, specializing in therapy techniques and executive coaching. Although mostly retired, he continues to actively engage in training and consulting while maintaining a select number of clients. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, he has extensively studied traditional therapy methods and constantly sought out more effective approaches. Two approaches that have particularly captivated him are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Energy Psychology, in which he has become a specialist. Backed by substantial research, these methods have demonstrated remarkable speed and long-lasting results, making them ideal for addressing anxiety- and trauma-related issues.
