About Michael Kutosi's service

My name is Michael Kutosi. I have a Masters in Theology from Notre Dame Seminary and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston. I am licensed in Texas with over 8 years as a clinical social worker and therapist. I am also a licensed chemical dependency counselor in the state of Texas. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and is a sign of strength and not weakness. I am here to support you in that process. My treatment approach is mainly informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy. I am generally eclectic in my approach. The approach is often dictated by the needs of the client and what works for the client.
