I am licensed in Florida with 20+ years of professional work experience in the field of Social Work /Human Services. I have experience in helping clients in dealing with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, working on grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Respect is a key element in my therapeutic approach. I am here to respect you first as a human being that has strengths and weaknesses and deserves to feel valuable for who you are and not the unrealistic expectations of what culture, family, or friends may push. I will work with you on developing a treatment plan that will meet your specific needs. I am not here to fix you. I am here to help you find solutions and understand how best to deal/cope with the issues you talk with me about. It takes courage to seek out and honestly work on issues that make us feel uncomfortable. Issues that may keep you from living a life that can be more fulfilling and happy.
