First and foremost I would like to applaud you in taking this step by reaching out for support and would love the opportunity to embark with you on this journey. That is what I believe counseling to be, a journey to discover a better you. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida who is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Parent Child Interactive Therapy, and trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy. I have extensive background in substance abuse, anxiety, depression, life changes, parenting, trauma, social anxiety, and many more. I believe in a client centered and strength based approach through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I consider myself to be an active, innovative, creative, and empathetic approach to help find what works best for you. I believe each individual is uniques and their own way and should be treated as such, I look forward to working with you and supporting and empowering you through this journey.
