Michele Cason is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience in the field. Originally licensed in Illinois, she has since relocated to Texas and also holds the position of School Counselor with more than 8 years of experience. Michele has worked extensively with clients facing various concerns, including depression, stress/anxiety, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, grief/loss, motivation, attention deficit disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She has expertise in both inattentive and hyperactive types of ADHD. Additionally, Michele has successfully assisted individuals with anger management and family conflicts. When it comes to therapy, Michele’s approach is relational and interactive. She strongly believes in treating every individual with respect, empathy, and compassion, rejecting pre-judgments and adopting a non-one-size-fits-all approach.
