Miguel Sanchez

Miguel Sanchez is a Texas LPC and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 6 years of experience in the field. Specializing in assisting young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, poor coping skills, and stress, Miguel provides bilingual services in English and Spanish. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Advanced Human Studies at Capella University, Miguel is dedicated to offering trauma-informed, client-centered care that ensures clients feel heard, seen, and validated. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and other therapeutic approaches, Miguel tailors his techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual. With a focus on establishing a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and trusting therapeutic environment, Miguel encourages clients to freely and openly share their thoughts, concerns, and worries. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and make positive therapeutic changes in their lives.
