About Molly Asbury's service

Hi, I’m Molly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with 15 years of experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and their families. I believe it is often our past experiences that make-up our present and it influences our future. Through these experiences, we fashion our own individual stories. I strive to help individuals freely and openly unpack throughout the therapeutic process. I look to help each individual experience growth in their present and seek hope for their future. I use person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and a psychodynamic perspective to fit each clientโ€™s individual needs. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, substance use, family conflict, anger, conduct disorders, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and emotion regulation. I look forward to working with you!
