I have been practicing mental health since 2012 as a LPC. I have been fully licensed since 2014. My approach has always been holistic. I use a strengths based approach to engage my clients in sessions. I also focus on trauma and family systems. Counseling doesn’t mean you are weak or broken. It takes courage to ask for help.
