Thanks for checking out my profile. I know that finding a good therapeutic “fit” isn’t always easy. The first goal of my practice is to create a welcoming place where you feel safe. My practice is focused on listening to your goals, offering encouragement, and cultivation of more kindness towards yourself and others. I utilize a diverse approach that draws from several therapeutic traditions including: cognitive psychology, positive psychology, and mindfulness based stress reduction and meditation. My clients tend to prefer someone who knows how to listen, can offer objective feedback and who provides a casual, safe and understanding atmosphere.
