I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have 20 years of experience in my field. I have experience in dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, grief/loss issues, substance abuse, and relationship issues. I have also worked with people who have a history of childhood abuse. I am genuine, empathetic and I feel comfortable working with anyone. My counseling approach is usually cognitive-behavioral, but can also use a combination of other modalities that work best with my clients.
