Greetings! I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in California with over 10 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, anger management, and substance abuse. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional turmoil and struggle with self esteem/self worth. My counseling style is client-centered, and trauma-informed. My process is holistic, direct, and interactive. I believe that by realigning the mind, body, and spirit we can heal our whole self. For example, I believe that humor is a key in healing our spirit. When we can laugh in the face of adversity, then we can overcome the dis-ease that shadows our path to wellness. My approach combines experiential holistic healing that utilize mindfulness, dream interpretation, somatic therapy and creative expression with more traditional talk therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing and psychodynamic . Upon our initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and determine a treatment plan that suits you best. I appreciate your determination to find your greatness and I am looking forward to guiding you on your journey!
