Nicole Di Monda

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation counselor. I strive as a therapist to provide a safe, comforting place where people can come to express themselves and build a therapeutic relationship which involves being valued and heard. Approaches used in my practice include, person-centered counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I believe that making the first appointment to see a counselor takes a lot of courage and is the first step in making positive, healthy life changes. The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative effort where goals are set and progress is seen when the individual feels empowered to make changes.
