Nicole Ficano

Hi there, welcome. My name is Nicole, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). A little about me: I began my career on an inpatient behavioral health unit. During that time (close to four years) I had been granted the opportunity to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team while simultaneously being able to develop my personal counseling style. I have strong CBT experience and have worked with clients with a variety of mental health concerns including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD. I have additionally worked with individuals living with substance use disorders. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in working collaboratively to create a realistic plan with attainable goals. It takes courage to take the first step towards living a happier, more fulfilling life. I understand this and use it as a guiding principle in developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to your individual needs and concerns. ​Perhaps you’re down or anxious – maybe you’re unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren’t living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.
