Nicole Miller

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to empower individuals from a systemic approach. Whatever you may be experiencing, whether it’s depression, anxiety, or a change in lifestyle, I strive to bring understanding and acceptance. I use a variety of techniques, depending on the individual’s needs. My experience includes working with clients dealing with mood disorders, grief and loss, addictions, stress and anxiety, family conflict, and many other challenges that occur across the lifespan. The power of perspective can change someone’s whole world view. I would like to help my clients see they have the ability to be whoever they want to be. I gravitate towards a holistic approach, which allows me to assist in more than one area of life. Looking at the problem from a systemic perspective expands the viewpoint, allowing for more solutions and an ability to deal with problems more effectively. I aim to promote gratitude and contentment in any circumstance. Therapy can be intimidating, but the idea is one step at a time. Setting goals alleviates anxiety and gives you something to look forward to. I’m happy to assist you on this journey as your therapist.
