Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step to living your best life! My name is Nicole, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Wisconsin. I have 9 years of experience working as a therapist in a hospital setting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns including, depression, anxiety, self-esteem or self-worth, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, and self-harm. I approach all clients with a trauma-focused lens and specialize in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress symptoms, including those who have experienced physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. My approach is person-centered and combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic counseling concepts. I utilize Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). We will work together to tailor your treatment to meet whatever your needs may be!
