I am a professional counselor licensed in Arizona with 25 years of experience working with people of all ages and life circumstances, helping them to improve their relationships with themselves and others. I have assisted people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship concerns and life transitions to feel relief and be fulfilled in their recoveries from their stressors. I utilize a relationship-based approach incorporating attachment theory, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and reflective techniques, all with the intent to help you reach your full potential and live your best life.
