I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse, & bipolar disorder. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work with adults and children to overcome anxiety and depression through group and individual counseling. I also work with groups and individuals struggling in marriage. I counsel children whose parents are going through divorce or separation to minimize the short- and long-term effects of divorce on children’s schoolwork, emotional health, and spiritual life.
