Ona Paskadi

Ona Paskadi is a highly experienced and clinically licensed therapist with a strong background in individual, marital, family, and group therapy. With 15 years of experience, she has worked extensively with military personnel and their families, gaining valuable insights into the unique challenges they face. Ona completed her Master’s in Social Work program with a minor in Alcohol and Other Drugs, and she is licensed in both New Mexico and Texas. Her treatment approach is diverse, drawing on strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, relationship dynamic approaches, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, addiction issues, and more. Recognizing the dynamic nature of human beings, Ona applies a holistic approach that encompasses cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and person in environment perspectives. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients by helping them discover their own internal resources and skills in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
