Panya Rowe is a seasoned therapist who understands the challenges that the past year and a half has brought upon us all. She recognizes that many of our pre-pandemic issues were put on hold, only to be replaced by a whole new set of overwhelming problems. Now that a semblance of normalcy is returning, Panya believes it is the perfect time to focus on personal growth and healing. With a range of counseling theoretic orientations, including Person Centered therapy, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Narrative therapy, Panya tailors her treatments to each individual’s unique experiences. Whether it’s battling depression, managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, navigating career choices, or simply dealing with life’s challenges, Panya’s ultimate goal is to ensure that her clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make the necessary changes for their personal growth and healing.
