Patricia Hamilton is an experienced therapist who brings a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to her practice. With a background in Speech Pathology/Audiology, Psychology, and Counseling Psychology, Patricia has a diverse range of expertise to draw from. She specializes in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavior, Family Systems, Grief and Trauma, Narrative, and Mindfulness therapies, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Having worked as a school guidance counselor in a high-pressure academic environment, Patricia understands the stressors faced by parents, families, and individuals. In her private practice, she has worked with adults navigating difficult life transitions, relational challenges, health problems, anxiety, depression, and loss. Patricia excels in providing support for parenting and co-parenting, addressing screen/tech/phone addictions, managing ADHD, and dealing with high-risk adolescent behaviors. Warm, friendly, and outgoing, Patricia actively engages with her clients, bringing a sense of humor and acknowledging our shared humanity.
