Together we’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, where you want to go, and take a close look at how you’re thinking, feeling, and reacting as you face the world each day. I might sometimes challenge you to look at things from different ‘angles’, but will always encourage you to be true to your authentic self. I’ve worked extensively in the areas of disturbed mood, anxiety, substance use & abuse, illness & aging, gender identity and human sexuality. My working methods are strongly informed by humanistic psychology, narrative therapy and the intertwined realms of Western Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eastern Mindfulness practices.
