I am a licensed therapist who has worked with clients for 16 years helping people understand, manage, cope with and overcome daily-life and life-span difficulties, struggles and challenges. I strongly believe that the suffering of people can be relieved through nonjudgmental, unconditional positive regard and support. I have witnessed many people experience relief from distress and improved quality of life by using skills they hadn’t acquired during upbringing or education. These skills are actually possessed by everyone, but have yet to be discovered and developed. I’ve been honored to witness this happen for people through counseling support and collaboration guided by the individual’s desires and hopes.
