I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. I have been in the mental health field for over 11 years, with experience providing therapy in the home, hospital, and outpatient settings. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult! I believe in meeting the person where they are at, helping them reach their potential. I primarily work with adults with depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, relationships, and life transitions. My philosophies are rooted in cognitive behavioral, client focused, and solution focused approaches.
