Rachelle Goodwin

Rachelle Goodwin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with a passion for helping individuals overcome their challenges and live a healthier life. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2013 and later completed her Graduate Degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2017. With a wide range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, Rachelle has extensive experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, motivation, anger management, substance use, and grief. Rachelle’s counseling style is focused on meeting each individual where they are to create a safe, judgment-free environment. She believes in empowering her clients to recognize the tools they already possess and teaching them new ones, so that they can overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Rachelle is dedicated to helping clients work through any barriers they may encounter along their journey towards healing and growth.
