I have held a psychotherapist license for 12 years of professional work experience. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degree in Louisiana. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. To include working with people transitioning and having difficulty fitting in and adapting to the way society views them. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Everyone is different and they individual treatment approaches. What I have used for different people is psychoeducation, DBT, CBT, CPT, In vivo exposure therapy, trauma work, person centered, shadow work, inner child, and more.
