Randall Browning

Randall Browning is an experienced therapist who specializes in incorporating ancient Greek and Roman Stoic philosophy, Buddhism, and Daoism into his therapy sessions. With a focus on developing clients’ own philosophies, he helps them establish a strong foundation for inner stability amidst life’s constant changes. Additionally, Randall utilizes Strengths Based Therapy to support individuals who have faced significant trauma, depression, and anxiety. He is genuinely curious about how clients have overcome these challenges and values identifying and exploring the strengths they bring to the table. Randall firmly believes in the power of focusing on strengths rather than pathologizing diagnoses, and he strives to maintain a positive outlook while assisting clients in creating the life they desire. With a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters of Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Randall Browning is well-equipped to guide individuals on their therapeutic journey.
